My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Very good book. This one had more of a focus on the plot as well as the development of the characters and their relationships with one another. This was something that I felt the first book in the series was lacking a little bit; So I'm glad to see that the plot takes less of a back seat in this book
This had an interesting story line; Zombies make a nice change from the usual paranormal monsters. Some good twists and turns to keep you guessing, (but then I'm not one of these people that try and guess the ending before I get there). We also learn a little more about Anita's past and where she comes from, which is something that I would assume we get given a little more with each book, as this has a lot of potential to develop and effect the kinds of situations that she gets into.
Good book to pass the time with as it's only a quick read. I would definitely say that you should read book one (Guilty Pleasures) first, otherwise you could find yourself a little bit confused.
