My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This was a very enjoyable second installment to this quirky little series.
I loved seeing Dean's character develop in this book. How he has come to turns with his job and has adapted to the different kind of patients he sees, as well as his relationship with Ashley. I like Ashley's character. I think there is a lot to learn about her, and look forward to that being revealed in future books.
The underlying story arc remains gripping and there is never to much uncovered at once, just enough to keep your attention and to keep you guessing. I like that the endings of these books set up the next story and leave you wanting more.
Very enjoyable and I totally recommend.
